Withdrawal and Return Request

If you have changed your mind, received a defective product or wrong product code you can contact us by phone or email so we can review and process your request.

Checkout

You have the right to return the products you purchase as long as you notify us within 14 days
from the date of receipt. In this case you will be liable for the cost of return and the
costs incurred by the company www.mandis.gr for shipping the product.
Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the
the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without having been unsealed or
unopened or unopened or their packaging has not been tampered with, together with the documents, the retail receipt. In the event that
return of the products, your refund will be completed within thirty days
from the date we receive the products.

Incorrect product code or loss of item

If a mistake was made during the process of packaging or receipt of the products from our suppliers, or if a product or accessory is not included in the product box, after a check by a specialised department of the Mandis team, the product will be sent or returned at our company's expense.

Damage or damage during transport

In the event that upon receipt of the parcel, the customer notices that there is a bump or damage to the product, our information to customers is to refuse to accept the product and contact us so that it can be sent back to us and we can proceed with a replacement or refund.

Products with an expiry date

If the product you received has a short expiry date or has an expiry date, you can contact us immediately so that it can be sent back to us and we can proceed with a replacement or refund.

Defective Products

If the product you purchased turns out to be defective, you have the right to return it under articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code.
To facilitate and expedite the procedures you can send us photos to our email targeting the point where the problem occurs, if it is not visible explaining it to us briefly.

WARRANTY

The guarantees of the products are those of the official agencies of Greece and the service

Return and Replacement

Products involving a refund due to a change of mind are returned to our store at the customer's expense.

In case of withdrawal or incorrect receipt there is a 14-day period from receipt for returning the product, after 14 days returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
For defective products the time frame is the same as the warranty period, however we recommend that defective products are returned immediately.

In any case the customer must show us the purchase document.

Conditions for returning products

- Products sent for return make sure that they are in the original packaging or packed well to avoid damage in transit.

- Include the purchase document (receipt or invoice) in the parcel

- If you have made a withdrawal and you have already received the product within 14 days you must send the product back in its original condition with all accessories if included, at the customer's expense (no markings, labels etc. must have been removed)

- Returns of products with damage to the packaging or loss of parts will not be accepted.
